Start with your interests
What would you like to find in the city? Architecture, small shops, food, museums, lively neighbourhoods or quiet moments? The answer changes how I plan each day. A list of famous places can help us start imagining the trip, but the final choices should reflect you.
Every day has its own rhythm
When I design an itinerary, I consider travel times and how long you really want to spend in each area. I prefer to pair experiences that work well together without turning the day into a race. Free time lets you follow a curiosity that appears along the way.
Tokyo within the wider journey
How long you stay also depends on what comes before and after. If the trip continues to other cities or smaller towns, I think about the balance of the whole route. There is no right number of days for everyone: there is a length of time that fits your interests and the journey we are creating.
Your Tokyo
Tell me what draws you to the city and what concerns you about a first trip to Japan. We can then choose experiences and a pace that feel right for you.
